Well the books came late Saturday night. Even my husband was shocked that at 10pm on Saturday, there they sat on the front porch. I’ll be honest, by the state of the packaging, I wasn’t holding out a lot of hope that everyone made it here safe and sound. However, I was happily surprised that all books made it without any water damage or any major damage at all. The one Lore Olympus book is slightly crinkled at the top, but it’s nothing I can’t deal with. I can actually hear my former boss telling me, “We can live with that,” whenever I’d show her a damaged book. And truthfully, I can. 

The wonderfully bad thing about using social media to look for books is that you find more books! Harper St. George (what a great name) and Tess Bailey are new to me. Never read them before, but I’ve heard great things about both on various platforms, so we’re going to give them a go.

Love At First by Kate Clayborn, Joanna Shupe had suggested it on a post and claimed it was the best book this author had written. 

Villain I’d Like To F* which is an anthology. Not going to lie, I got it strictly for the Joanna Shupe section, but I do see another author I read and a few more to get familiar with. The book is a preorder, so I have to wait a few more days.
